Suppliers wishing to submit a product for catalogue review should write to [email protected] with a full ingredient list, the country of formulation, and supplier contact details. The selection process is outlined in full on the Methodology page.
For questions about a specific product entry, formulation notes, or sourcing documentation, write to [email protected] referencing the product name and catalogue reference number.
Corrections to catalogue entries are welcomed. Write to [email protected] with the product name, the catalogue entry in question, and supporting documentation where available.
The Aldovern selection team responds to correspondence within five working days. The studio is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Correspondence received outside these hours will be addressed on the following working day.
